What we collect. We store your email address, your account and authentication data, the documents you upload, and the annotations and notes you create. We also collect basic usage data (e.g. request logs) necessary to operate and improve the service.

How we use it. Your data is used solely to provide WiseMark to you: to store and sync your projects, documents, and annotations, and to send you sign-in codes and product-related emails (e.g. welcome email). We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI or for marketing.

Retention. We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and content in line with our data deletion process.

Your rights. You can access, export, or delete your data via the product or by contacting us. If you are in the UK or EEA, you have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will respond to valid requests in line with those laws.
